Voor de operators hebben we een speciaal telefoonnummer die je altijd (98%) kunt bereiken. Dit nummer is alleen voor jullie om problemen voor/tijdens/na een opname door te geven. Gebruik NIET ons mobiele nummer, omdat wij zelf ook regelmatig in opnames zitten. Het vaste nummer is dan doorgeschakeld naar de persoon die beschikbaar is. Ook Whatsappen met problemen is NIET handig, omdat wij dit niet altijd merken of ook druk bezig zijn. Bel altijd en zullen wij een passende oplossing zoeken om contact met ons te zoeken op dat moment.

It is NOT possible to download a recording

​​​​​​​Collegerama records lectures with a double/triple video stream; making a reasonably strong internet connection essential.

The application also ensures that all incoming inputs (video, presentation, digital smartboard and audio) continue to sync. If an adjustment is made in the supplied editor of the application, all sources will be removed from the adjusted point at the point of editing, to let everything show in sync.

We don’t record at high resolutions, but our stream is already significant. Lowering resolutions to allow smooth playback on poor Wi-Fi is not an option for us; slides would become unreadable, as would handwriting on black/whiteboards.

Due to the above download is not possible.

Na iedere opname waar er problemen zijn ontstaan moet er een evaluatieformulier worden ingevuld. Als je internet hebt, kun je dat gelijk in de browser doen van de recorder (start gelijk op) en anders zal je dat op een andere pc/mobiel moeten invullen. Het evaluatieformulier is ook te vinden op de website na inlog.

Vul nog dezelfde dag van opname je evaluatie in, zodat je de vragen die wij stellen ook zo goed mogelijk kunt beantwoorden. Bij problemen moeten we ook spoedig in actie komen als dat nodig is.

Declareren van uren
Om je uren te declareren kun je 1x per week je uren invullen. Het is niet mogelijk om als je meerdere keren werkt je uren meerdere keren in te sturen voor dezelfde week. Dus je zult dit moeten opsparen tot je laatste opname van die week.

Je uren kun je declareren bij:

Heb je op tijd je uren ingeleverd (voor maandagochtend 06:00uur) dan worden je uren dezelfde week (dinsdag) uitbetaald. Je kan maximaal 4 weken in het verleden declaren.
Disclaimer: Wij zijn afhankelijk van het systeem wat gebruikt wordt door FlexDelft. Mochten daar problemen zijn kan de uitbetalingstermijn opschuiven.

if you are lecturing in one of the lecture halls mentioned above, you should see this message (shown on the Extron panel which is positioned in the lectern) pop up 1 minute prior to the start of your lecture. You can click on the ‘X’ in the top right corner to regain control of system settings.

Collegerama is seen as an online archive for video content for TU Delft; this will ensure that recordings will not be deleted. Recordings can be taken offline (and come online again) by request of the speaker/lecturer involved.

All recordings that we have put online since 2004 are still on our servers.

the landing page of Collegerama is indeed not secured by HTTPS, but once you have made your selection you will be redirected to a site which is secured. Our site (Collegerama) will be upgraded tot HTTPS somewhere this year.

The content of Collegerama is only accessible through SurfConnext; your login and password are safe from hackers. Chrome simply tells you that the landing page is not secure.

  • You are able to login to Brightspace?

Collegerama is connected via SurfConext (which is the gateway to all TU Delft platforms). Collegerama only checks your netid on the authentication server. If you can login to your webmail, you should also be able to login to Collegerama.

Graag willen wij vragen om altijd zo vroeg mogelijk te laten weten als je ziek bent. Je belt een van de coördinatoren met waarom je niet kan werken. Mocht je al het eerste uur (8:45u) moeten werken, kun je dat vanaf 7:30u aan ons doorgeven. Voor de uren daarna zijn we vanaf 08:15u beschikbaar.
Denk je de dag ervoor al dat je de volgende ochtend niet kan, laat het weten zodat wij al iemand anders standby hebben staan mocht het toch niet lukken.

Heb je je ingeschreven in het rooster en je kunt een keer niet, zal je met je mede operators moeten regelen dat zij je opname overnemen. Er is een Whatsapp-groep waar alle operators in zijn vertegenwoordigd.

Je geeft aan om welke dag/tijd en college het gaat om over te nemen.

Je kunt deze link gebruiken om je zelf toe te voegen aan de Whatsapp-groep als wij dat als coördinator nog niet hebben gedaan.

Wij als coördinator (NMC) wil wel op de hoogte worden gehouden van het overnemen met anders collega’s omdat dit in het rooster veranderd moet worden (wat op dit moment nog niet zelf geregeld kan worden door operators).

At the moment we have set up a number of lecture halls that have been drawn up according to the guidelines Covid-19. Based on the request, it will be determined in which room the lecture will be taken. We try to facilitate the teacher as much as possible to the facilities that he / she provided with the application.

We do try to use the rooms as much as possible with digital means to record them better than analogues.

  • Op het tabblad ”Mijn rooster” staat je eigen rooster.
    • Onderaan de pagina staat JE PESOONLIJKE (Webcal) link, om je eigen rooster in je eigen digitale agenda (Google calendar / Apple Calendar, ect) te plaatsen.

      • Nadat je jouw werkrooster hebt gekoppeld, check even of de tijden van de overeenkomen met die in jouw agenda tool. Het kan zijn dat de tijden verschoven zijn (bijvoorbeeld alles een uur later). Dit kan je dan waarschijnlijk oplossen door in jouw online agenda de tijdzone in te stellen op die van Amsterdam, Nederland (UTC+01:00). Hoe je dit moet doen is afhankelijk van het online werkrooster dat jullie gebruiken.
      • Als er wijzigingen in Planningstool worden gemaakt aangaande jouw rooster dan zal het even duren voordat het in jouw online agenda is verwerkt. Hoe lang dit duurt is afhankelijk van hoe vaak jouw online agenda checkt voor nieuwe wijzigingen. Typisch is dit tussen de 6 en 24 uur.
      • Tijdens de koppeling worden al jouw diensten tot 12 maanden voor- en achteruit gesynchroniseerd.

Issue

After installing the Windows 10 Creators Update, Edge browser does not play Mediasite content where Flash is required.

Solution

Microsoft is restricting Flash in the Creators update. When Edge blocks Flash content it should display a warning with the option to “Allow once” or “Always allow” Flash on the current site. If you wish to override this behavior navigate to Menu > Settings > View Advanced Settings. Toggle “Use Adobe Flash Player” from Off to On.

Request within 3 days before the start of admission is not possible via the application application. For a very late request, we will first have to look at the capacity to see what is still possible.

If a lecture series wants to be recorded, it can be requested and we can be contacted to see if it is still possible to add it to the series when the rest of the series is being processed.

The new education period 4 starts on April 20, 2020. At this moment we are preparing how we will work this period. On April 7, 2020, we will send all course managers (who are known via Brightspace) an email about the possibilities we can offer.

Because there is no official announcement yet for the upcoming teaching period 4, we request that you still apply for the application in the normal way. If other reports are made public in the coming weeks, we will review our working method.

Mobiele set
De mobiele sets (nr 02 t/m 10) worden op diverse manieren opgeslagen of bij de zaal gezet op de faculteit. Wil je hier meer over weten klik dan op onderstaande button.

Vaste recorder in zaal
De recorders die vast geinstalleerd zijn in de collegezaal worden vanuit de CCR (CollegeramaControlRoom) in 3mE bediend. Je zal hier de recorder opstarten via een internetpagina waarna je de camera kan sturen.
LET OP: Ga dus niet naar de zaal waar de opname gepland staat, maar naar de CCR

Het is belangrijk om van te voren te weten welk vak je gaat opnemen.

Waarom heb ik de vakcode nodig?
De vakcode heb je nodig om de juiste opname te maken. De recorder zal de opname automatisch ophalen (met internet). Hierdoor kun je controleren of dit de juiste opname is. Mocht dit niet het geval zijn, zullen we dit moeten aanpassen omdat de opname direct op deze vakcode wordt gepubliceerd naar de studenten.

Waar kan ik de vakcode vinden?
De vakcode kun je terugvinden, in de planningstool, je digitale agenda of de email die je in de ochtend van opname krijgt.

The constant connection must be at least 3mbps to view.

Collegerama must have a fixed network connection of 3mbps in order to view the recording properly. The platform is not set up like YouTube, which is a flat video and the bandwidth is constantly monitored and the correct video is chosen to play it properly. Collegerama works with several videos (speaker, presentation and, for example, smartboard), which are all available separately, so that the viewer can choose which video the big / small one wants to have on the screen.
If we offer multiple bandwidths (which is possible, it only costs much more storage), then a number of functionalities such as – at the moment – accelerated playback, which will benefit the students, will lapse. We try to give 95% of the students the guarantee to view recordings. Even though we find it very annoying for the students who experience this problem.

It is very difficult for us to determine where exactly the problem lies, because there can be so many issues after the network exit of TU Delft. In addition, we see no problems with the ICT networks department in the Collegerama server park, which is monitored 24/7.

Why has my request from period q4 been canceled?2020-04-07T20:17:38+02:00

Because we now facilitate our service in a centralized manner, we have set up a number of rooms on campus. This means that we do not have to cross the entire campus with all our systems. It is now also not possible to provide education in all rooms and buildings are also closed. We also still use ordinary personnel (SA’s) to facilitate the admissions.
In the planning application it is not possible to adjust the location of the lecture and we do not want to put this work down with the faculty-schedulers to have it all changed. We also expect that not all applications will go through. We have also adjusted the times because lectures now simply take longer with admission without students and in order to facilitate more. We already noticed that 80% is being canceled and have therefore opted for this service. It is as required by the protocol to have as few personnel as possible. It would be a shame if we let staff come continuously, without a lecture taking place.

We want to be able to make as many recordings as possible for the teacher who wants to. We have noticed that admission takes less time than a regular lecture. The recording time now per lecture is between 60-80 minutes. As a result, we have made the blocks a bit shorter, so that we have the opportunity to realize one time block per day.
